About Michael Krauss: Michael Krauss is president of Market Strategy Group, a business strategy and strategic marketing consultancy. Krauss has served as the chief marketing officer of DiamondCluster International and as a fellow with the firm. Prior to joining DiamondCluster, he was a principal with OmniTech Consulting Group and worldwide director of marketing at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He is also the @ C - Level marketing columnist for Marketing News and serves as co-chair of Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley’s Council of Technology Advisors. Krauss’ career as a global marketing executive has ranged from chocolate chips to computer chips. He began his career as a product manager at Esmark and later at Keebler. He holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a CPA certificate in Illinois. He taught on the faculty of the U of C’s Graduate School of Business in its innovative New Product Development Laboratory. He joined BMA Chicago in 2001 and has served as a director for four years, executive vice president, program chairman and president.

About Bruce Delahorne: Bruce Delahorne is the Sr. Manager of National Advertising at CDW, a B2B provider of computer hardware, software, and services, and #41 on the Forbes list of America’s largest privately held companies. Prior to working at CDW he ran what was at one time the world’s largest dating service for CBS Radio, and he spent several years at the beginning of his career at DDB Chicago. He has a BA and MBA from the University of Chicago.

Chris Hulse, Founder/CEO, Inflection Point Media
About Chris Hulse: In August 2008, Chris Hulse launched InflectionPointMedia.com a next generation vertical audience network focused on the B2B marketplace. Prior to InflectionPointMedia.com, Mr. Hulse worked at Business.com for five years serving most recently as Vice President, Strategic Sales and Business Development managing agency and strategic relationships nationally. Mr. Hulse has also served as VP, Bus Dev. At Walker Digital Management, as Managing Director of Sales for Altavista and Sr. Director of East Coast Sales for Engage Media. He currently serves on the Advisory Boards of: ImpulseRadio.com, Adotube.com and Vendmore Systems. Mr. Hulse holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Economics and Finance from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He lives in Wilton, CT with his wife and 3 children.
Scott Pawloski, Regional Director, US, Microsoft
About Scott Pawloski: Scott oversees the Central region of Microsoft’s Advertising sales and is responsible for generating revenue for all of Microsoft’s Advertising assets within the Microsoft Media Network such as MSN, Windows Live, Bing, Office Live, Window’s Mobile, XBOX and more. Scott has been working in the interactive and digital industries since 1999. Prior to his current role, Pawloski led Microsoft’s Southern and Emerging Performance regions of the United States. Before joining Microsoft, Scott was a Director of National Sales at Yahoo, where he successfully helped launch the National Inside Sales team in 2002. He has been a strong industry advocate and leader for both the “art” and “science” of digital marketing; providing thought leadership and council on Search, Display, custom branding experiences, and performance driven media. Scott has been featured in advertising leadership conferences, panels and printed publications. Pawloski holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University. He lives in Elmhurst, Il. with his wife and two children.

Garrett Self, Group Account Director, Omnicom Media Group/HP
About Garrett Self: As the worldwide lead on HP's Imaging & Printing Group business, Garrett is responsible for strategic oversight of IPG’s media strategy for the business unit, including U.S. planning and global coordination and administration within Omnicom Media Group. In this role, he engages in business development, media strategy, partnerships and sponsorship engagement, and organizational oversight. Prior to working with HP, Garrett oversaw day to day media strategy at OMD for the State Farm Insurance Cos.. He also held positions at PepsiCo’s Quaker Foods and Beverages brands at OMD and at FCB (now Draft FCB) and MPG. Garrett holds a B.S. degree (ideal for a career in advertising) in journalism and advertising from the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana.
